Every order helps support the growth of women’s football, supporter culture, and the continued development of the club both on and off the pitch.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Personalised products may require additional production time

  • During launches, matchdays, seasonal promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may increase

  • Once shipped, tracking information will be sent by email where available


2. Fulfilment & Shipping Locations

Orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouse or logistics locations depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Personalisation requirements

  • Delivery destination

  • Operational efficiency

Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately.


3. UK Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery method

  • Package weight

  • Order size

  • Destination

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.


4. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected regions.

For international orders:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, import charges are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Customs, Duties & Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.

If a shipment is:

  • Returned due to unpaid customs charges

  • Delayed by customs authorities

We reserve the right to deduct associated costs from any applicable refund.


6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
